Ceramic tint is different. It uses non-conductive ceramic nanoparticles that reflect infrared energy before it ever enters the cabin. Your A/C does less work. Your interior fades less. Your phone, key fob, and GPS all keep working perfectly. And it never turns purple.

Window tint is measured in Visible Light Transmission, the percentage of light that passes through. Lower number = darker tint. Texas has specific legal limits on front windows; rear glass is more permissive.
Nearly clear. Best for windshields where Texas law restricts heavy tint. Blocks heat and UV without changing the look of the glass.
The legal sweet spot for front side windows in Texas (must stay ≥25%). Noticeable shade, dramatic heat reduction.
